The Barton Creek Booster Club relies on financial donations from our parents and community to support our programs.  The Booster Club is a non-profit organization and donations are tax-deductible.

No-Hassle Fundraiser

This Fall, we kick-off our No-Hassle Fundraiser.  We don’t ask our parents to sell cookie dough, wrapping, magazines, etc. during the year.  Instead, we ask parents to give to our No-Hassle Fundraiser where 100% of their donation goes directly to the Booster Club.  The No-Hassle Fundraiser funds academic programs and continuing professional education for our teachers.  Whether your donation is large or small, every dollar is important to support our programs.  Please consider the many ways that Booster Club programs enhance your child’s education and give accordingly.  Our goal this year is to have 100% parent participation in our No-Hassle Fundraiser.

Carnival and Silent Auction

You will not want to miss this year’s Carnival and Silent Auction.  The Carnival and Silent Auction have always been popular with the students and parents.  Money raised from the Carnival and Silent Auction will fund student affairs, staff support, and extracurricular events for our children.

This year’s carnival will feature loads of entertainment, attractions, food, and one-of-a-kind silent auction items.

Corporate Underwriting

Showcase your business to over 300 families from Barton Creek West, Senna Hills, Crystal Mountain, Rob Roy on the Lake, and other West Austin neighborhoods.  It takes an entire community to maintain excellence in our school and the support of our area businesses is vital to our programs.  Please contact Leslie Abbott for information on our corporate underwriting opportunities.

Westbank Dry Cleaning will donate 3% of your pre-tax purchase when you write “Barton Creek Elem.” on your invoice and leave it with the cashier.

Signing Pretzel will donate up to 25% on orders.

Chick-Fil-A at the Village at Westlake will donate 10% of your purchase when you visit during Barton Creek Elementary's Spirit Night on the 3rd Wednesday of each month and place your receipt in the receptacle.

Lost Creek Country Club will donate $50-$100 per new membership on behalf of any family that joins the club. Additionally, Lost creek will be offering an annual "Silent Auction" package to BCE. For information regarding membership contact Pam Stalcup at 892-1205.

Target will donate up to 1% of your purchase when you use your Target REDCard or Target Check Card.  Enroll in Take Charge of Education and designate Barton Creek Elementary (School ID: 97587) on your card.
